18 Teams already confirmed attendance at European Legends Festival
We are delighted to announce that one month before the European Legends Festival, 18 teams have already confirmed their attendance.
Teams coming from all across Europe have submitted their registration and expressed their excitement to participate in the tournament at Papendal. Participating teams are not only looking forward to the tournament itself but also to the off the pitch activities.
The teams will have the opportunity to experience the Dutch culture by visiting the Dutch Open Air museum in Arnhem and they will be able to participate in a cross-cultural evening entertainment programme.
Venue
However, one of the highlights of the tournament is the venue itself. The European Legends Walking Football Festival takes place at the Dutch Olympic sporting centre Papendal, where the national athletes of the Netherlands gather to prepare for national and international competitions.
The tournament matches will be played at the training ground of the Dutch first division club, Vitesse Arnhem.
We are looking forward to welcoming all teams in the Netherlands in only 4 weeks from now.
